Website visits and hosting
Our website is hosted by Worldsoft AG in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland. When you visit it, technically necessary connection data is processed. This includes, in particular, your IP address, date and time, pages accessed, browser information, system configuration and, where applicable, the previously visited page. This serves to provide and secure the service and analyse errors.
Worldsoft lists server locations in Switzerland, Germany and France for its services. According to its provider privacy notice, Worldsoft stores visitors’ IP addresses for a maximum of seven days to detect and prevent attacks. This does not imply a uniform deletion period for all data. Further information is available in Worldsoft’s provider privacy notice.
Contact by email
For business email communication via go@aicoachpro.info, we use Worldsoft’s email service. This service processes email addresses, messages and attachments.
When you write to us, we process your email address, your message and any information you voluntarily provide in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a contract. A contact button opens your email app. Clicking it alone does not send us a message. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep a record of it. It is then deleted unless legal retention obligations or legitimate needs to establish or defend claims require otherwise.
Orders, payments and PDF delivery
When you place an order, we process your contact details, selected language edition, order correspondence and information needed to identify and confirm your bank transfer. We use this data to fulfil the contract, verify payment, deliver the PDF and meet statutory accounting obligations. Payment is made by bank transfer; the banks involved process payment data. The website itself does not collect card details or online banking credentials.
We retain order and payment records for the applicable statutory retention periods. We store other order data for as long as needed for delivery, follow-up enquiries and the protection of legal claims. It is then deleted unless a retention obligation requires otherwise.
Cookies and visitor analytics
Our website uses no cookies, local browser storage or advertising trackers. Images and fonts are hosted locally. Social media content is not embedded.
Visitor analytics with GoatCounter
We use GoatCounter, operated by Martin Tournoij (Ireland), to analyse page views, visits and order-button clicks. Data includes page path, source, time, browser, operating system, screen size and country. Order clicks include the selected workbook language, but no email contents.
The analytics script loads from gc.zgo.at and sends measurements to aicoachpro.goatcounter.com. To recognise visits, IP addresses and browser identifiers are processed in memory for up to eight hours. Individual page views are not retained as individual records. Aggregate statistics are stored in Germany and Finland, with no automatic deletion currently configured.
Analytics helps us improve our service; where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Our website does not load analytics when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.
Recipients and data protection
Access is granted to the people responsible for processing and the service providers needed for hosting and email. In the case of bank transfers, the banks involved receive the data needed to process payment. The website transmits data via HTTPS. Email communication should not generally be equated with full end-to-end encryption.
Legal bases and your rights
We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and order processing, and on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure website operation and general communication.
Within the scope of applicable law, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests in accordance with applicable law. Please contact the email address above. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or a data protection supervisory authority responsible for you.
Future additions
Orders, payment instructions and PDF delivery are currently handled personally by email. An automated shop has not yet been integrated. Before introducing one or using additional services, we will adapt this notice to reflect the actual processing of data.
